The statistics in this video are staggering. So many animals are put to sleep and they provide such a benefit...
It’s hard to believe, but Rhode Home Rescue is up and running! I’d like to thank Dina McCaffrey and everyone...
My Family and I found the team at Rhode Home Rescue very easy to work with which was important to us since we were first time dog adopters! We told them what we thought we wanted out of the experience of adopting a rescue and they helped us find our Lucy! She is the perfect fit for our family and the volunteers at RHR helped us make the transition from dogless to a dog loving house!
I attended the super dog adoption event in June and had fallen in love with Roxie prior to the event while researching available dogs online. I completed the pre approval paperwork online. Everyone at Rhode Home was very helpful in making this adoption experience pleasant and timely. This is not my first adoption but was my first from this organization. Roxie was rescued from a high kill shelter in the south and transported to RI for another chance at life. We've been helping her learn how to dog and play with her other furry siblings. I don't even like to think about what would have happened if they hadn't rescued her. Thanks for saving these babies and especially our new baby!
Rhode Home Rescue is amazing. Filled with caring people who's hearts are huge. I was fostering Lucy for about a month and she has become my best bud. Medically It's been quite a hard year on my fiancé and myself so we didn't have the funds to adopt her. Today at the adoption event as I was drying my tears away with just the thought of losing my girl they came up to me and told me after hearing our story that we could keep her. Now I'm home with my bff and will spoil the heck out of her. If you are looking to adopt a dog please look no further. These people are in it for all the right reasons and care deeply about the animals they rescue. I am forever grateful
